The Poole Harbour Boat Show is back. It is even bigger, taking place this weekend from the 7th – 9th June. This is the fifth time around taking place from its award-winning home Poole Quay Boat Haven. With two days gone, today marks its finale and a day worth attending the even.

The show is free to attend. Drone fireworks are also on the list. There is something for everyone. From mouth-watering food, entertaining live music, and exciting games to meet everyone’s taste as detailed below.

The Poole Harbour Boat Show continues to be the biggest-ever and free to attend boat show on the South Coast. To give you a much clearer view, I will share with you the Show Programme. Over 30,000 people attended last year and even more are expected this year.

1 Boat Displays

There was a wide range of waterborne displays. The Sunseeker was a showstopper. I could not believe the queue of people waiting to get into the Sunseeker.

Sunseeker was displaying its award-winning Manhattan 66. This was the largest motor yacht on display

2 Exhibiting Stalls

The show has gone from strength to strength. Many exhibitors renewed each year since the first show in 2015. This year there were even twice as many exhibitors compared to previous shows. This is not an event to showcase yachts and motor cruisers only. Marine equipment, water sports gear and clothing were also on the show. Inside the Show Programme is Poole Harbour Boat Show – Guide Map to assist you around.

3 Free Tasters

When talking about tasters, people always think about food. This time around, there were also free paddling boarding, kayaking or dinghy sailing taster sessions. Free-fall parachute displays were amongst the treats.

4 Children’s Games

The Poole Harbour Boat Show had the young ones in mind too. There were treasure hunt trails and various games children could get involved in. There was plenty to keep the whole family entertained. All day.

5 Live Music

Various performers kept visitors entertained all day.

Do not worry if you missed the first two days. Today is the finale. There is still a chance to get a bit of taste of what is there. The Poole Harbour Boat Show is jam-packed with loads of displays to see and many stalls to check out the exhibitions. If you have been there already, do leave a comment below.
