07 Feb How To Wear A White Dress For All 4 Seasons
There are times when I feel my iPhone or an outstretched hand just won’t cut it. I wanted to demo how to wear my white dress for all 4 seasons. I didn’t want selfies but I wanted the head to toe portraits and didn’t want any pressure or stress in achieving this. This is when I thought girl, go to the studio and leave it to the pro. Photo Solutions ( www.photosolutions.biz ) came to my rescue.
I will share with you my reasons for why I love professional photos compared to selfies.
1) GROUP FRIENDLY
I like it when each and every single detail is captured in photos. I struggle with selfies. Worse if it’s a group involved. People end up having others cropped out. Check my full body pose below dressed for summer.
2) RECORD OF A LIFETIME
I love tangible evidence of life journeys. I usually do it with clothes, shoes, bags, or any memorabilia that just remind of a certain era. Professional portraits top the list. Looking back at seasons past through portraits is awesome. The most precious moments are kept forever. Photos taken can exclusively include what is specifically required with no background of unknown people trailing behind e.g selfies taken in public places such as restaurants or shopping malls just to name a few. Professional portraits are an investment of a lifetime and love, love, love them.
Stress-related illnesses cost the NHS billions of pounds every year. No one enjoys stress. Going to the studio is hassle-free. It’s nice to know that whatever you want will be delivered as per request. I wanted to demo how to use my white dress in all four seasons and mission was accomplished in less than a couple of hours. It was nothing but fun after fun. I was even able to try the same autumn outfit with different shoe colours…
4) GREAT HOME OR OFFICE DÉCOR
Pro portraits can be read as art. They can be displayed for everyone to affectionately admire or simply documented for future memories’ sake. Call me old school but I had a book photo album for my wedding that I always look forward to showing my visitors from my lounge coffee table. I love my Spring Summer coat below:
5) POWER TO CONTROL
Although photographers can always suggest poses and things like that, I find going to the studio gives me the power to state what I want exactly. It gives individuals freedom to immediately revise poses and have retakes to one’s satisfaction. For me, it’s usually “…make sure my tummy is in and my bum is out…” kind-of-requests. Ha, ha, ha… Black colours dominate winter seasons and always goes well with white too.
